The “Skinny” Rules
First thing i want to point out is why I wrote SKINNY with ” “. That is just because the point of this fitblr is as you can see to get fit, not necessarily skinny…anyways….
- Drink a large glass of water before every meal.
- Don´t drink your calories.
- Eat apples and berries everyday.
- No fast foods.
- No fried foods.
- Go to bed hungry. (Eat at least 2 hours before sleeping)
- Eat a real breakfast.
