The “Skinny” Rules

First thing i want to point out is why I wrote SKINNY with ” “. That is just because the point of this fitblr is as you can see to get fit, not necessarily skinny…anyways….

  1. Drink a large glass of water before every meal.
  2. Don´t drink your calories.
  3. Eat apples and berries everyday.
  4. No fast foods.
  5. No fried foods.
  6. Go to bed hungry. (Eat at least 2 hours before sleeping)
  7. Eat a real breakfast.
