Ultimate goal: to run up the stairs without almost dying!

These are some of my measurements from April 28th to today, so three weeks. My boobs are bigger…no surprise…as well as hips and…only my right thigh? But I’m made some progress without clean eating or working out like i should. So i need to improve my habits and i will have minuses all the way down the list. Oh but i did workout and drink lots of water and some tea today so I’m starting to do better.
